AF is listening and is making every effort to improve your experience. All feedback is carefully evaluated. We have listed below some of the improvements made since the release.
- Users can now set diaries using an inputted number (i.e., 30, 60, 90 days). In addition, company preferences will be used to initially populate the value for default diary days.
- Members can once again issue a zero counter offer. This functionality was missing during the initial launch.
- The new Search was enhanced for users viewing cases under the TRS tab. The status was always in progress since it was the case-level status. We’ve changed it to show the feature status instead.
