On February 19, 2024, AF will make the Special Arbitration Forum available in Total Recovery Solution^® (TRS^®). With this enhancement, members will benefit from the reduced cycle time and intuitive user interface associated with TRS.

AF’s Board of Directors approved updates to the arbitration Rules, including the addition of a new rule. These changes will become effective with the rollout of Special filings in TRS. Please note that once Special is available in TRS, members will be required to file all new cases within the TRS platform. Online Filing will not be available for new filings beginning February 17, 2024.
