A New Look for Billing – View Electronic Statements

AF is excited to share an updated look for electronic billing statements via the “View Electronic Statements” menu option.

Note: Only users with billing menu privilege will have access to the “View Electronic Statement” option.

The new, streamlined design will enhance the member experience with a fresh look without sacrificing familiar navigation and menu structure. In addition, the Purge button has been renamed to Archive to better reflect the functionality. 

Members can expect to see these changes on their February billing statements during the first week of March. A link to billing statements prior to February 2021 will be available on the updated page.
