Accurate Liability Percent Entries

You’ve read the liability arguments submitted by the parties, considered the evidence, and determined that Beta is 80% liable for the accident. Your entries will be as follows:
  1. For Alpha’s damages, Beta is 80% liable.
  2. For Beta’s damages, Alpha is 20% liable.
You will also enter the applicable Duties Breached for each company.
