Reminder: Reduced Special Forum Fee

As a reminder, AF has reduced the Special forum filing fee to $35, effective January 1, 2021. This is equivalent to the current filing fee for the Auto forum. We hope this reduction will benefit our members with cost-effective services during this challenging time.

We’ve also updated the 2021 Fee Schedule to clarify how fees apply to cases docketed in Online Filing or per feature (vehicle or injured party) filed in Total Recovery Solution® (TRS®), including supplemental damages filings.
