Changes to AF’s Reference Guide

AF has made changes to the following Rules in the Reference Guide.
  • Rule 2-1 (added new third paragraph on p. 38)
  • Rule 3-5 subparagraphs c and e (p. 62–63)
  • Rule 3-9 (second paragraph on p. 68)
  • Rule 4-1 (last paragraph on p. 70)
