TRS offers the ability to embed evidence directly into liability or damages arguments to require arbitrator comment. This functionality was developed in response to member feedback that arbitrators do not always comment on a specific evidence item the party felt was pertinent.  
Please see the list below for some tips on embedding evidence.

• Limit the number of embedded items to one or two key items that support your liability or damages position, and which arbitrators may not commonly comment on.
• Ensure the supporting evidence item is inserted following the specific argument it supports.
• Consider highlighting key content of the evidence item, as shown below.
