Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF) is excited to announce that a new and improved arbitrator onboarding process is on the way! We will soon be launching an arbitrator registration application aimed at improving the onboarding experience. In addition, we will be streamlining testing by moving all exams into AF’s Arbitrator Testing site. 
With the new process, aspiring arbitrators can take advantage of several benefits. 

• Reduced touchpoints – The new process will involve two websites, the registration app and AF’s Arbitrator Testing site, aimed at providing ease of use and simplifying onboarding.
• Self-service registration – Aspiring arbitrators will now be able to initiate the onboarding process by submitting their registration form through the new application.
• Focused questions – The registration application will provide a dynamic set of questions based on the types of cases an arbitrator is interested in hearing.
• Single testing platform – AF’s Arbitrator Testing site will house all onboarding exams, eliminating the need to juggle multiple testing sites.

Enhanced Security
To ensure the safety of our systems, login credentials will be required to access the new registration application.
