“The E-Subro Hub system is very efficient and straightforward. It does what it has to do in terms of issuing demands and allowing communication between carriers. There was a bit of a learning curve when the upgrade occurred, but since then, it has been smooth sailing. It is a decent tool for what we need to do as adjusters. I use it strictly in my day-to-day claims experience. As long as it keeps working efficiently, it is something I go back to time and time again and it has not really let me down. I would say I overall have a positive experience with Arbitration Forums.”
